Our Cafe Blend is a medium roast that yields a well-balanced, quality cup. This blend is perfect Black, or with some cream and sugar.
Our Cafe blend comes from the Minas Gerais state of Brazil. This area produces between 5.5 and 6.0 million bags of coffee each year. The coffee is grown in rich soil that natives call "Terra Roxa" or "Red Earth."
