Eric Irwin - Owner:
Eric bought Telemetry Coffee Roasters back in 2019 in Cedarville, Ohio and re-branded the coffee shop and roastery to Orion Coffee and Tea. Orion now has 3 locations (Cedarville, Jamestown and Jeffersonville, Ohio). In late 2020, Eric started working on launching Strider Coffee Roasters. Strider is the coffee roaster for all Orion Coffee And Tea locations and branded coffee.
Eric is passionate about coffee production. He is always looking for new and exciting coffees to bring on offer; as well as creating educational programs to help people learn more about the complexity of the specialty coffee industry, and to help people brew better coffee at home.
