Our Brazil Mogiana is a Swiss Water Process and is a flavorful decaf coffee. No longer is decaf boring, this cup has an average body with low sweetness.
This Decaf comes from the the Mogiana region of Brazil. This region produces more than one million bags of coffee, 85% of which is high quality specialty coffee. This offering is Fine Cup (FC) and Strictly Soft (SS), which is the highest cup category in Brazilian coffee grading. After drying, it is sent to Vancouver to the Swiss Water Processing plant to be decaffeinated.
